ICT Projects for Rural Deveopment & E-gov initiatives
I would just like to state my interest in these 2 topics. I am looking into both of them right now. One resource I would point out to others is the reading list for Dec 9th lecture on 'North-south issues & globalization' & Aspray Chapter 9 (The Digital Divide).
I will be researching more to flesh out a possible structure for the project. If anyone else is interested please post here.
