IT Abroad : An IT/Policy Discussion

Project Statement Our project will be like the 'Chasing Moore's Law' book which has different chapters on distinct IT/Public Policy issues. But whereas the book focuses on US, our scope of course will be the rest of the world i.e. "IT Abroad". So our book/project may look like

PLEASE use the project pages (linked below) to share your latest work so that other project members can review and possibly provide feedback

The topics can be totally distinct, and probably they should be. There is no template which needs to be applied to each country. It is ok for there to be 2 chapters on one country. See Sample
