IT Abroad : An IT/Policy Discussion

Project Statement Our project will be like the 'Chasing Moore's Law' book which has different chapters on distinct IT/Public Policy issues. But whereas the book focuses on US, our scope of course will be the rest of the world i.e. "IT Abroad". So our book/project may look like

• IT Abroad : a discussion on IT/Public Policy issues of interest
  • China:IT Business in China Lars
  • India: ICT for Development (ICT4D) Avichal
  • Iran: Iran's IT Sector EimanZ
  • Japan: Industrial Policy and IT in Japan Walker
  • South Korea: IT Policy and the Rapid Development of the South Korean IT Infrastructure Hyojoo
  • Vietnam: IT/IP from a Communist Perspective and its Prospect Canpham Hbui

The topics can be totally distinct, and probably they should be. There is no template which needs to be applied to each country.It is ok for there to be 2 chapters on one country. See Sample
