Someone brought up the question of a style manual. We could be low-key and just make sure no one's style wildly diverges from anyone else's. Or, we can choose a style manual if you guys want to refer to one. The AP style guide is a basic one used often in policy journalism. Don't know about academic style guides. We probably want to make sure our bibliographic references match up. The Modern Language Association (MLA) style is a commonly used style for this.
