John, let us know how you feel about this and where you would like to help. We figured that we'd write the other sections first, then come together and do analysis together after we research the background some more. Feel free to modify/add to this outline with other ideas. Josh, Steve, I'm sure I didn't remember everthing on here that we talked about on Saturday. I also put this on our front page under the project description where we can keep track of the "official" outline. Tentative Paper Outline
--Aterry: Here is a tentative outline for the project along with how we had discussed assigning the sections. Here we can discuss it if we need to.
1.Intro
2.Background on Encryption (Josh)
3.Historical Incidents (Andrew)
4.Encryption Policy (Steven)
5.Analysis (All)
6.Conclusion
